    Dr. Peter C. Patch is the heart behind Northeast Family Services, which he founded in 2003 to provide personalized behavioral and therapeutic support to families in their homes and communities. With a strong background in both clinical psychology and business, Peter holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Vermont, Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology. Licensed as both a behavior analyst and psychologist across several states, Peter’s leadership has guided the steady growth of Northeast Family Services, now serving over 2,000 individuals across four states. As CEO and President, he continues to champion compassionate care, ensuring families have access to the support they need to thrive.

    Nidhi Turner is a dedicated leader with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families in a variety of settings, from schools to hospitals and community programs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut and her master’s in social work (MSW) from Boston College. Since joining Northeast Family Services in 2012, Nidhi has brought her strengths-based and community-centered approach to every aspect of care. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the delivery of vital services, ensuring that the organization’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality support reaches families across multiple states. Nidhi’s commitment to building strong, resilient communities is at the core of her work.

    Robert (Bob) Manny is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in corporate finance and operations. His career began in public accounting, where he developed expertise in financial planning, taxation, and business valuation. Over the years, Bob’s career has expanded into senior corporate finance roles, where he’s overseen operations from purchasing to customer services. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and a master’s in taxation from Bryant University. Bob’s commitment to his community is evident through his many years of board service, including his role as Treasurer and Board Chair for various nonprofit organizations, including United Way.

    Melissa O'Donnell

    EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

    Melissa O’Donnell has dedicated more than two decades to social work and behavioral health. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), she is passionate about enhancing the patient experience and supporting behavioral health care across multiple states. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Providence College and a master’s degree in clinical and administrative social work from Rhode Island College. She has also earned the distinction of being a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Beryl Institute. Melissa’s leadership journey with Northeast Family Services began in 2022, and she now serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing clinical operations across nine states. Previously, she spent 23 years at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island, where she led various departments ranging from clinical social work to patient experience. Throughout her career, she has focused on maternal health, trauma, family preservation, and more. Melissa’s contributions have been recognized with multiple awards and published articles, helping shape new care models and drive performance improvement initiatives.

    With more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and leadership, Gary D’Orsi brings a unique blend of expertise across academic, healthcare, and corporate environments. An internationally published author and business development professional, Gary is passionate about helping others grow. He’s facilitated training seminars nationwide and has also served as an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities. Gary holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and an MBA in management, co-authoring the bestselling Career Portfolio Workbook (McGraw-Hill). He’s deeply committed to giving back, serving on several nonprofit boards, including The Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center and the Human Resource Leadership Association of Eastern Connecticut.
