  • Who will be reaching out to the client once they have been assigned to a clinician? What happens once I submit my referral online?

    NFS reaches out to the client directly and the referral source as well to confirm receipt of referral.

  • Can I receive a call once the referral has been assigned?

    Yes! Our team will contact you once your referral is assigned to a clinician.

  • Where can I submit my referral if the link does not work through the website?

    Please call the state you are interested in services in.

  • What is the difference between CFTSS and OP in New York?

    CFTSS is for children/youth and their families providing intensive therapy in a home/community environment multiple times a week. Outpatient can be individual, family or marriage therapy that is typically provided in the office once a week.

  • Can the client be seen via telehealth and in person?

    Both based on your preference and clinical appropriateness.

  • Do you see clients over the weekend?

    Yes! We offer weekend appointments for added flexibility.

  • What is the earliest/latest a clinician will see a client?
