Ash Gray leads operations across Northeast Family Services with a focus that is both strategic and deeply human. As Executive Director of Operations, Ash oversees strategic direction, operational performance, and program management across multiple states, work that requires equal parts systems thinking and a genuine investment in people.

With over a decade of leadership in community mental health, Ash has built a reputation for driving innovation in telehealth, compliance, and service delivery while never losing sight of what those systems are for: ensuring that clients get the care they need and that the people delivering that care are supported in doing so.

Ash holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a committed advocate for mental health equity and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Their approach to leadership is collaborative and data-driven, with a strong focus on building inclusive systems that work for everyone, staff and clients alike.
