The People Behind the Care
Northeast Family Services was founded in 2003 with one goal: make high-quality mental health care accessible to families who need it most. More than 20 years later, that mission drives everything we do.
We are a team of therapists, counselors, and family mentors who believe that everyone should have access to high-quality care, no matter where they live or their circumstance. We have grown from a small program in Massachusetts to a multi-state organization. We proudly have served more than 20,000 individuals and families across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Hampshire.
Our highly skilled and trained team members deliver a range of services, from in-home therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, to in-office therapy, and telehealth.

What Makes Northeast Family Services Different
We Come to You
Most of our services are delivered in the home and in the community. We do not wait for families to find their way to an office. We show up where you are most comfortable and where real progress happens.
We Accept Medicaid
Access to quality mental health care should not depend on what insurance card you carry. We accept Medicaid, and a wide range of commercial insurance plans across all four states. Every client receives the same standard of care regardless of how they pay.
