About this location
Northeast Family Services serves families and individuals across North Providence and the greater Providence area from our Mineral Spring Avenue office. We offer home- and community-based services through Rhode Island Medicaid as well as therapy in our office. We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.

Team members come to your home to work with children, teens, and families. Available through Rhode Island Medicaid Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS)/Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) for eligible families
Therapy in Our Office
Individual, couples, and family counseling at our North Providence office. Flexible scheduling available.
Telehealth / Virtual Therapy
Virtual sessions available through Real Help, our telehealth service, for clients who prefer to meet online.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder or similar behavioral symptoms, delivered at home and in the community.
Medication Management
Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication support from providers.
