Who We Are Looking For
We hire across a range of clinical and support roles in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Hampshire. Current areas of hiring include:
Clinicians
LICSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs, and other mental health professionals for outpatient, in-home, and telehealth roles. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across all four states.
ABA Providers
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ABA therapists delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder across our service states.
BA-Level Clinical Support Roles
Case managers, parent educators, and treatment coordinators supporting our clinical teams. These roles are an excellent entry point into behavioral health and are available across multiple states.
Behavior Technicians
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technician trainees for our ABA program in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Therapeutic Mentors
Community-based mentors working one-on-one with children and teens in Massachusetts through the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) program. A meaningful entry point into the behavioral health field.
Psychiatric Providers
Prescribers for our medication management program. Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
Administrative and Support Staff
Intake coordinators, office managers, and billing and operations staff supporting our clinical teams across all locations.

Internships
Northeast Family Services offers internship opportunities for graduate students in social work, psychology, counseling, and related fields. BA-level placement opportunities are also available in Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Internships and placements are available across multiple states and service areas.

Yes. We provide clinical supervision for staff working toward full licensure. Supervision structures vary by role and state. Ask about supervision during your interview.
Do you offer telehealth positions?
Yes. We have telehealth roles available through Real Help, our virtual therapy platform. These positions are available to clinicians across our service states.

What does the application process look like?
After you apply through our job board, a member of our HR team will review your application and reach out if there is a match. From there, we typically conduct a phone screen followed by one or more interviews depending on the role.
