Sometimes the best place for therapy is the place where you feel most comfortable. Our therapists come to your home, your neighborhood, and your community so getting help does not mean rearranging your entire life.

Home- and community-based therapy from Northeast Family Services brings a clinician directly to your family. There is no need to coordinate transportation, take time off work, or manage the stress of getting everyone to an office.

Our therapists work with children, teens, and families dealing with behavioral challenges, emotional difficulties, trauma, and family conflict. Because we see you in your environment, we gain insights that a traditional office setting simply cannot provide.

Services are available across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Hampshire. State-specific programs like Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), New York Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS), and Rhode Island Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) are available for families enrolled in Medicaid.
