Why therapy in our office?

Sometimes you just need a dedicated space to work through what is going on. Therapy in our office gives you exactly that: a private, comfortable setting with a therapist who is focused entirely on you.

We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy at locations across all four states we serve. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or something you cannot quite name yet, our providers meet you where you are emotionally and help you build a path forward.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you call us. You just need to take the first step.

  • What to expect

Your first appointment is a conversation, not an evaluation. Your therapist will spend time getting to know you, understanding what brought you in, and talking through what you are hoping to get out of therapy. From there, you will build a treatment plan together that reflects your goals, not a generic checklist.

Sessions are 50 minutes. We offer appointments starting as early as 6:30 AM and running as late as 8:30 PM, with Saturday and Sunday availability at select locations. If you need flexibility, we can also offer telehealth appointments alongside your in-office sessions.

Types of therapy we offer

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a therapist. We work with adults, teens, and children on anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, behavioral challenges, and more. Your sessions are private, personalized, and paced to fit your needs.

Couples Therapy

Therapy for two people who want to improve their relationship, work through conflict, rebuild trust, or navigate a major life transition together. Our couples therapists create a space where both partners can be heard.

Family Therapy

When a family is struggling, everyone benefits from support. Family therapy brings the people who matter most into the room together to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. We work with families of all structures and backgrounds.

Who this service is for

Therapy in our office is available to adults, teens, and children across all four states. It is a good fit for anyone who prefers a structured, private setting for their sessions, individuals and couples working through specific challenges or longer-term patterns, families who want to address dynamics as a unit, and clients who want the consistency of a dedicated appointment at a fixed location.

This service is available in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Hampshire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to start therapy at one of your offices?

No. You do not need a referral from a doctor or anyone else. Just fill out our form or give us a call, and our intake team will get you connected with the right therapist.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Most clients are seen within the same week of reaching out. We do not have a long waitlist.

What if I want to start with office therapy but switch to telehealth later?

That is completely fine. Many of our clients move between in-office and telehealth depending on their schedule. Talk to your therapist and we will make it work.

Is therapy in your office covered by Medicaid?

Yes. Office-based therapy is covered by Medicaid in the states where those programs apply. We also accept many commercial insurance plans.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

Yes. We offer appointments starting as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 8:30 PM on weekdays. Weekend availability varies by location.

Is this service available in New Hampshire?

Yes. In-office therapy is the primary service we offer in New Hampshire. Office-based individual, couples, and family counseling is available at our New Hampshire locations.
