Beth Louder brings more than three decades of experience in the field of social work, including 20 years with the Massachusetts Department of Correction, where she developed a strong commitment to social justice and service to others. She has spent the past seven years in leadership roles within community behavioral health organizations across Central Massachusetts, supporting individuals and families through compassionate, community-based care.

Beth earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College. In 2025, she joined Northeast Family Services, where she supports children and families within the outpatient and telehealth divisions across Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire. Her career reflects a deep dedication to advocacy, behavioral health, and improving access to quality care for underserved communities.
