About Nidhi

Nidhi Turner has spent more than 20 years working alongside children, youth, and families in some of the most demanding care settings, schools, hospitals, and community programs. It is that depth of real-world experience that makes her such an effective leader at Northeast Family Services, where she has been part of the team since 2012.

Nidhi earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Social Work from Boston College. Her approach to care is strengths-based and community-centered, focused not just on what a family is struggling with, but on what they already have going for them.

As Chief Operating Officer, Nidhi oversees the delivery of services across all four states Northeast Family Services serves, ensuring that the organization's mission translates into real outcomes for every family that walks through the door. She is committed to building resilient communities, one family at a time.
