About Peter

Dr. Peter C. Patch founded Northeast Family Services in 2003 with a clear vision: bring personalized behavioral and therapeutic support directly to families in their homes and communities. More than two decades later, that vision has grown into an organization serving over 2,000 individuals across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and New Hampshire.

Peter's background spans both clinical psychology and business, a combination that has shaped how Northeast Family Services approaches care, with clinical rigor and operational heart. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont, a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.

Licensed as both a behavior analyst and psychologist across several states, Peter brings a rare depth of expertise to his leadership role. He remains actively involved in shaping the clinical direction of Northeast Family Services and ensuring that every family the organization serves has access to the quality of care they deserve.
