Sara Rivet is a committed leader in the fields of social work and behavioral health, with over two decades of administrative and clinical social work experience. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), her career has included care delivery, establishing and managing dynamic programs supporting youth and families, individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring diagnoses, as well as responding to individual, programmatic and community trauma. Since joining Northeast Family Services in 2024, Sara’s strength-based and compassionate leadership approach has woven through program management to support staff development and influence direct care to children, youth, and families.

She now serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Massachusetts. Sara has dedicated over 25 years to teaching, training, supervising and providing consultation to professionals, programs and stakeholders in the behavioral health realm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) from Elms College and her master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Fordham University. Sara’s dedication to the highest quality of care for individuals, families and communities is her driving force.
