Behavioral Health Support at Home for New York Children and Families

If your child is struggling emotionally or behaviorally and your family is enrolled in New York Medicaid, there is a program designed specifically to help: Children and Family Treatment and Support Services, known as CFTSS.

CFTSS is a New York State Medicaid program that funds home- and community-based mental health services for children and families. It brings support directly to your family in the setting where your child spends their time, whether that is at home, in the community, or in other everyday environments. It is available to children and adolescents through age 21.

Northeast Family Services delivers CFTSS services across New York. You do not need to navigate the system alone. Our team will walk you through eligibility, enrollment, and what to expect from the moment you reach out.

CFTSS is available to children and adolescents through age 21 and their families in New York who are enrolled in Medicaid. If your child is experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges and your family receives Medicaid benefits, they may be eligible for services through this program.
